These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and good999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using any part of the good999 website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of good999 following any posted update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Definitions

Platform

The good999 website and all associated services, games, betting markets, cashier functions, and customer support channels.

Account

A registered user profile on good999, created by providing accurate personal details and accepting these Terms & Conditions.

Balance

The total funds held in a Player's account, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked and labelled as such.

Bonus Funds

Credits awarded by good999 through promotions, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, or other incentive programmes. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement

The total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.

KYC

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their account.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated or localised version that may be made available for convenience, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to good999 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account on the Platform.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date you register your account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of good999 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from good999 or notified that your account has been closed for policy violations.
• You are acting in your personal capacity as a consumer and not as a commercial operator or gambling agent.

2.2 Age Verification Process

good999 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification has not been completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is confirmed. If verification reveals that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any losses incurred), and no bonus winnings will be paid out.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on good999. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created under your name without your consent, contact our support team immediately at support@good999.

To access the full range of services offered by good999 — including real-money games, sports betting, and cashier functions — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in your name, your date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. You may also be asked to provide your residential address and preferred payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of update is truthful, accurate, and your own. good999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity conducted through your account. good999 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other websites or services. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

good999 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purportedly from good999 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal request can be processed, good999 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — either your National Identity Card (NID) or passport — along with a secondary document confirming your residential address where required. KYC verification is typically completed within two hours of document submission during standard operating hours. Documents submitted outside these hours may take slightly longer to process.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your good999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts flagged for active fraud investigation may have closure and balance withdrawal suspended pending resolution of that investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Transactions below the minimum will not be processed and may be returned subject to the payment provider's policies.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

good999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal requests are subject to an anti-fraud review. Requests that trigger automated risk flags may be subject to an extended manual review period, during which our compliance team may contact you for additional documentation.

4.4 Payment Method Matching

For fraud prevention and money-laundering compliance purposes, good999 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that was not used to fund your account. Requests to withdraw to a different method must be supported by a satisfactory explanation and supporting documentation submitted to our compliance team.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

The following are strictly prohibited on good999: depositing funds on behalf of a third party; using payment methods that are not registered in your own name; processing deposits for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity; and making charge-backs or payment reversals without first contacting good999 support to resolve any dispute. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

good999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, bonus-derived funds will remain in a separate bonus balance and will not be available for withdrawal. Wagering progress may be tracked in your account's bonus section.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, after which any uncompleted wagering obligation and the associated bonus balance will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. good999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on good999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations. The game contribution schedule for each active bonus is available in your account's active bonus panel. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

good999 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are made available to players in good standing with no active disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations on their account. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to cooling-off restrictions are not eligible to receive or activate new bonuses during the restriction period.

5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped at a multiple of the original bonus value. This cap applies only to the bonus-derived portion of your balance — real-money deposits and winnings accrued from real-money play are not subject to this cap. The applicable cap for each offer will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

By using good999, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, applicable law, and respect for other users and the Platform. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders at all times.

6.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information at registration and throughout the life of your account.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify good999 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not as a source of income or livelihood.
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Utilise the responsible gaming tools available to you if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one account, or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed or suspended.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or interact with the Platform's cashier or support systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair edge.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform's codebase, game logic, or proprietary content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or good999 support staff through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction for any purpose.

Breach of any of the above obligations or prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where required by law — referral of relevant information to law enforcement authorities. good999's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final, subject only to any formal dispute resolution process initiated through our support channels.

All content available on the good999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the compilation and arrangement of that content — is the property of good999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.1 Limited Licence

good999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any data mining, robots, or similar automated data extraction tools on any part of the Platform.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on good999 are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. good999 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content beyond the licence rights required to operate those games on the Platform.

7.3 Trademarks

The good999 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are the exclusive property of good999. You may not use any of these marks in any context — including in your own communications, social media, or marketing materials — without prior written consent from good999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, good999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8.1 Service Availability

good999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. good999 is not liable for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability, regardless of cause.

8.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on good999 are determined by certified RNG systems operated at the provider level and are final once confirmed on the Platform. good999 is not liable for any dispute regarding game outcomes that arise from the player's misunderstanding of game rules, connection failures on the player's end, or display errors caused by the player's device or browser.

8.3 Third-Party Payment Delays

While good999 processes withdrawal requests promptly, delays caused by third-party payment processors — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions — are outside our control. good999 is not liable for delays in fund receipt caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network infrastructure beyond the Platform's direct control.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

In any event where good999 is found to be liable to you, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
